We have conducted conference “learning 2007” skill enhancement programme for parents – teachers at Cennys Gateway Hotel on 23.6.07 and 24.6.2007 for which has been inaugurated by our Respectable District Collector Thiru.N.Mathivanan I.A.S.,
Conducted 2 days workshop “Autism 2007” – focus on verbal behavior analysis, for parents, special educators and teachers at LRN Excellency Hotel on 1.9.2007 and 2.9.2007 for which has been inaugurated by our respectable Dist. Disabled Rehabilitation Officer, Mrs.P.Rajeswari M.A., Salem.
We are have designed the first mobile sensory integration unit for differently abled children. Now it serving for the people at sparisam school for special children form 2007.
We have given one day orientation progrmme on Learning Disability to all SSA special educators at Ecomwell, Tharamangalam on 2007.

We observed the World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD) last two years. We are the one of the two Trust in INDIA who observed the WAAD at first time in 2008.

We have given 12 days training progrmme on home based training for community disabled facilitator (CDF)from Vazhndhu kaatuvom project, An Empowerment and poverty reduction project of Govt. of Tamilnadu, Salem and further 18 days programme also in pipeline.
We are giving psychological consultation for topmost schools like SriVidyamandir, Glazebrooke, Vidyaniketan, Saradha educational institution and etc., remedial tutoring for slow learner, learning disability and ADHD , skill enhancement training for teachers and parents .
We have established Learning disability centre in association with SriVidyamandir matric. Hr.Sec, School, Rasipuram.
As per request from the Collector of Dharmapuri, TMRF in association with District disabled and rehabilitation office given orientation programme on Disability for Anganvadi workers
We are conducting teacher training programme on teaching skills, class room communication, games in classroom (lesson oriented) and dealing with difficult children.
Every three to six month once, we are taking tour of all the students in our school nearby places like Yercaud, Mettur, Boolampatty, Guruvampatty Zoo and kalvadang kaveri .
Every month parents meeting was organized and discussed about the progress of their children and the betterment of the children.
Adopted Structure teaching and Activity Based Learning(ABL) for disabled student for providing better learning environment, given training for staffs.
